职位描述
- Prepare journal vouchers with complete supporting documentation.
- Monitor and reconcile monthly Cash Advances.
- Perform monthly reconciliations for all company savings and current accounts.
- Ensure the accurate recording and timely monitoring of payments from customers/clients.
- Prepare and issue billing statements for receivables.
- Accurately prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual remittance reports/payments and alpha listings, ensuring compliance with BIR requirements.
- Audit discounts, voids, returns, and promotions applied during sales, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Ensure proper authorization and accurate reflection of promotional sales and discounts in financial records.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
职位要求
- Atleast 1 year experience being Accounting Assistant
- Have experience and idea indicating in Job Description
- Near or can commute here in Cainta Rizal
