Responsibilities:

• Design and architect SAP landscapes based on business requirements.
• Provide recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
• Perform SAP installations, upgrades, and patches.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability.
• Manage SAP system security and access controls.
• Diagnose and resolve complex SAP system issues.
• Provide timely and effective support for incident resolution.
• Implement best practices for SAP system performance tuning.
• Analyze and optimize database performance.
• Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems.
• Conduct regular testing of backup and recovery procedures.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support SAP projects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the Basis team.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP landscapes and configurations.
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are well-documented and up to date.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience minimum
• Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, Solution Manager, SAP Web Dispatcher, and Cloud Connectors.
• Experience with network management, firewalls, SAP HANA Database, and Microsoft SQL Database.
• Familiarity with SAP Single Sign-On (SSO) and SAML configuration.
• Proven expertise in SAP installations, upgrades, migrations, system refreshes, and system copies.
• Proficient in SAP performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system monitoring.
• Solid understanding of SAP security and authorization concepts.
• Experience with backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• SAP certifications are required.
