Design, implement, and oversee SAP security solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards.
Manage user access, roles, and authorizations across SAP landscapes, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW/BI, and Fiori
Develop and maintain security roles and profiles tailored to business process needs.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments, addressing vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance.
Perform segregation of duties (SoD) analysis and implement solutions to mitigate identified risks.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align security and authorization settings with business operations.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP security policies, procedures, and authorizations.
Provide training and support to users and administrators on SAP security best practices
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve authorization issues and security incidents.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SAP security.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience Minimum 5-7 years of experience in SAP Security and Authorization, including hands-on experience with SAP GRC tools.
In-depth knowledge of SAP security concepts, including authorization and role management.
Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control tools, specifically Risk Analysis and Remediation.
Proficient in conducting segregation of duties (SoD) analysis and implementing appropriate controls.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, and ISO
