Qualifications

• College graduate of Business related course or Industrial Engineering
• Preferably with at least 1-year related experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Excel Worksheets
• Highly Analytical and Proactive
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and monitors the maintenance of desired inventory stock levels in the warehouse and in the store for proper replenishment and allocation of merchandise across the channel.
• Analyzes and maintains inventory records and information needed to provide accurate and timely analysis of inventory levels for sound decision making such as OTB and MOI reports.
• Collaborates with Sales and Marketing Departments for proper processing of orders, replenishments, and take-outs of merchandise to meet sales target and delivery schedules.
• Coordinates with Operations Department for the resolution of issues related to distribution, fulfillment to the different channels as well as discrepancies in the warehouse.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned to the employee from time to time by the immediate leader.
