We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Application Developer to join our team in delivering impactful digital solutions. This role involves designing and building innovative applications while also supporting and enhancing existing systems. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, suggest viable solutions, and develop prototypes that demonstrate the art of the possible.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications that address evolving customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and build proof-of-concept applications to validate concepts and technologies.
• Contribute to agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and iterative releases.
• Continuously improve existing systems through refactoring and performance optimization.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and testing throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in C# and the .NET development stack, including ASP.NET, MVC, and WebAPI.
• Solid experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with test-driven development and a strong understanding of clean code practices.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps pipelines and automation tools for CI/CD, preferably with Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, including data modeling, advanced SQL, and stored procedures.
• Experience with Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, and App Services.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
• Exposure to microservices architecture is a plus.
• Working knowledge of AI services and Python is an advantage.
• Must be open working in UK shift
