Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facilities and equipment across company stores, commissary, and head office. Ensures that all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, and fire safety systems are safe, functional, and compliant with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance for stores, commissary, and office facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist Engineering Admin, Supervisor, and Manager in maintenance tasks and documentation.
• Support the installation and testing of new systems or equipment.
• Inspect and schedule repairs for fire protection systems and alarms.
• Perform minor carpentry, door, and lock repairs when needed.

Qualifications:

• Vocational or Technical Course graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• With at least 2 years of experience in building or equipment maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in MEPS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary) systems.
• Can work independently and handle multiple maintenance tasks.
• Willing to be assigned across NCR locations.
