To assist in the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of buildings, facilities, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe and functional environment.

1. General Maintenance & Repairs like performing routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and minor plumbing or electrical work and Assist with basic carpentry, painting, and drywall patching.
2. Preventive Maintenance : Support the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules and Assist in the lubrication, cleaning, and calibration of mechanical equipment and Report any signs of wear or potential failure.
3. Facility Support. Set up and take down furniture or equipment and Maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance work areas and Respond to maintenance-related service requests from staff or tenants.
4. Groundskeeping Duties (if applicable) o Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing debris and Inspect and maintain outdoor facilities, walkways, and parking areas.
5. Support to Maintenance Technicians Provide assistance to senior technicians or engineers as needed and transport tools and materials to job sites within the facility.

• Basic knowledge of general maintenance practices
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman role preferred
• Certification in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) is a plus but not required
• less than 1 year work experience
