Engineering and Maintenance staff" must be knowledgeable in machinist's responsibilities in designing, fabricating, and troubleshooting parts and equipment, as well as maintaining and repairing machinery to ensure optimal performance and collaboration with engineering teams on process improvements. This role requires interpreting technical drawings, operating precision equipment, performing quality inspections, and engaging in preventive maintenance and minor repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpreting Engineering Data: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to understand specifications for machined parts.
• Fabrication and Manufacturing: Operate manual and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders, to create precise parts and tools.
• Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and ensuring machines operate at peak performance.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect and test finished products using precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to ensure they meet strict quality standards and specifications.
