Job Description:

The Sales Manager will lead the sales team in developing and implementing strategic sales plans, setting revenue targets, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.

This role requires good leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success. The ideal candidate will excel at motivating team members, analyzing market trends, and adapting sales strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining the company’s competitive edge in the marketplace.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably in Instrumentation, Calibration, Test and Measurement instruments sales.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Record of averaging more than P. 2.5 million monthly sales in the last 15 months.
  • Experience in any of the following industries, HVAC/R, ESCO, Plant Engineering, Power & Energy would be an additional advantage.
  • Strong technical understanding of instrumentation, and relevant industry standards.
  • Good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Knowledgeable in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • High ethical standards and a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and develop business opportunities.

Experience And Preferred Skills:

  • Proven track record in calibration sales or technical solution selling.
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies for technical products or services.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and key accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills.
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the calibration or instrumentation industry.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and innovative approach to identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.
  • High degree of adaptability and continuous improvement mindset.
