Job location/site: Toledo city, Cebu 


JOB SCOPE

Oversees all aspects of Plant Human Resources functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, performance management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. Together with management teams, articulates organizational needs, evaluates bench strength, and identifies development activities.


KEY RESULT AREAS

・Planning, formulating, and carrying out related policies, company rules, and regulations.

・Implementation of succession planning, workplace learning and development, and performance management.

・Maintaining and managing efficient and systematic control of the creation, receipt, maintenance, use, and disposition of 201 records.

・Overseeing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the organization’s budget.

・Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.


Formal Schooling:

Preferred is a college graduate specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, or its equivalent

Experience Required:

At least five (5) years of work experience in a managerial capacity handling human resources, including compensation, performance management, recruitment, employee relations, succession planning, and CBA negotiation.

Special Skills Required:

1.      Managerial and leadership skills.

2.      Excellent written and oral communication skills.

3.      Knowledge in organizational development, conflict resolution, and problem-solving strategies.

4.      Knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Best Practices

Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
