• The R&D Hardware/Technical Service – Entry Level position will join our multidisciplinary team of game developers. The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will revolve around hardware installation, machine servicing, and maintaining or repairing pre-installed products within the Technical Service Team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the entire process of managing shipment items, including retrieving hardware components from the warehouse, and ensuring the proper dispatch of parts and slot machines.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Undertake tasks involving the installation, assembly, upkeep, and restoration of the hardware components of slot machines.
• Assess the overall effectiveness and security of slot machines that have already been installed.
• Utilize the system to showcase equipment functionality and to effectively diagnose malfunctions.
• Promptly deliver customer services within a casino setting.
• Collaborate with a supervisor to strategize the arrangement of equipment layout.
• Oversee the maintenance of the equipment and infrastructure present at the site.
• Retrieve components from the warehouse and prepare them for shipping.
• Oversee the inventory within the Finished Goods Warehouse and arrange needed service parts.
• Ensure the effective coordination of cargo loading into containers and promptly report any issues that are encountered.
• Continuously track and monitor the demand for packaging materials.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior, as they relate to the job title and description, on an as-needed basis.

• Must have a degree in Engineering - Electrical and Mechanical or a related field. Preferably 1-3 years of experience, with focus on Engineering - Electrical and Mechanical or equivalent expertise.
• Proficient in technical drawing symbols and interpretation.
• Possess practical skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
