POSITION TITLE: Procurement Operations Specialist

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an expert in Req-to-PO, Spot Buy, POA and Change Order processes, ensure timely delivery of all requests received

Work with Client Delivery to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with contractual / service level obligations

Ensure that services are provided within assigned budgets and timelines; take necessary action to address any issues

Review and preparation of DTP/SOP/Learning log, process controls, FMEA, SIPOC, HLPM/DLPM, 3x3 etc.

Drive process improvement initiatives/process maturity measurement/VSM and automation opportunities.

Drive client interactions/ lead weekly or fortnightly operational meetings

Act as a liaison between client stakeholder and operations team to resolve any query.

Implement cost-to-serve actions as provided by leadership

Establish, maintain, and manage relationship with client (both functional stake holders and

Performance management for the team members

Provide mentorship, leadership, and guidance to more junior team members

Demonstrate leadership on client engagements and internal opportunities

Ensure timeliness and accuracy of data loaded into management operating system for operational reporting procurement)

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 5-7 years’ experience in sourcing/procurement

Must have at least 3 supervisory experiences

Working experience of Power BI, Power Automate will be preferred

Working knowledge of Ariba / SAP systems would be an advantage
