Qualifications:

• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in customer service or travel industry
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in GDS platforms (e.g. Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport)
• Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused with a positive attitude
