About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who will handle Instagram live chats and same-day delivery orders. You will be the first point of contact for customers on social media, making sure they get quick responses and smooth service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer messages on Instagram DM/live chat quickly and professionally.
• Process and coordinate same-day delivery orders to ensure fast and accurate service.
• Escalate returns, exchanges, or complicated cases to the Returns/Email CS Associate.
• Provide updates to customers on their order status or delivery arrangements.
• Assist the Fulfillment & Customer Service Lead with basic admin/customer service support when needed.
• Make sure customer interactions always reflect the Richboyz brand voice: friendly, approachable, and professional.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written communication skills (especially in chat-based service).
• Social-media savvy and familiar with handling Instagram.
• Punctual, reliable, and highly responsive.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience in e-commerce or customer service is a plus.
