Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including but not limited to customer support and operations  

» Formulate strategic and operational objectives  

» Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements  

» Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way  

» Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices  

» Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals  

» Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress  

» Analyze business requirements and customer needs  

» Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics  

» Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations  

» Prepare reports that include sales data, financial activity, performance outcomes, goal achievement and overall productivity to present to executive management  

» Consult with other departmental managers to determine sales, discounts or promotions and verify that all clinic staff are familiar with the details of what is being offered  

» Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability  

» Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs  

» Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs  

» Monitor and report on department performance  

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Must have at least 2-3 years experience in Managerial Level.
• Must be can speak in English
• Knowledgeable in organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience in aesthetic clinic is an advantage.
• Has a strong drive to meet sales target
• Has a strong background in sales
• Willing to be trained in Timog, Quezon City
• Willing to be assigned in NU MALL OF ASIA
