Descrição:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and executive-level roles (Senior Manager to Director).
  • Proactively source, identify, and engage passive candidates through headhunting, networking, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and understand the talent needs of the business.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for critical leadership roles.
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments, ensuring candidates meet the organization's requirements and cultural fit.
  • Present shortlists to hiring managers, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a smooth recruitment process for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and industry trends to assist in decision-making and strategy.
  • Manage recruitment-related administrative tasks, including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding processes.

Requisito

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Headhunter, or Executive Recruiter, specifically for senior leadership roles (Senior Manager, Director, VP, etc.).
  • Strong sourcing skills with expertise in identifying and engaging passive candidates.
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, including interviewing, screening, and selection techniques.
  • Ability to handle multiple high-priority roles simultaneously, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior executives and hiring managers.
  • A proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
