Descrição:

Takes the lead in all hiring efforts of the organization with the primary responsibility of sourcing, attracting and hiring new employees to fill job vacancies within the organization. 

The job requires identifying hiring needs of client departments, assisting clients in reviewing job descriptions, sourcing talents, screening applications, conducting interviews and managing the whole recruitment process, until Onboarding phase. 


  • Understanding manpower needs vis-a-vis organizational structure and directions
  • Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the job requirements 
  • Conducting interviews, utilizing all platforms, to assess candidates' experience, skills and competencies and culture fit
  • Managing communication with candidates, coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth and recruitment process 
  • Prepares job offers to successful candidates 
  • Keeps self abreast with employment laws and regulations 
  • Provides recruitment reports to management, tracking key metrics, and analyzing recruitment data to identify areas for improvement 


The Recruitment Lead ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations, and works closely with hiring department leaders to understand their manpower requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. 

Requisito

  • EDUCATION: Graduate of Psychology, behavioral science or business course
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in recruitment in a lead capacity; wide experience in handling multiple accounts.
  • Possesses strong leadership skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; also fluent in Tagalog 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously requiring strong organizing and time management skills
  • Actively identifies issues that arise during recruitment process and comes up with solutions to resolve them
  • Possesses knowledge of recruitment best practices; conducts necessary benchmarking to keep practices updated
  • Possesses working knowledge with HRIS and other software
  • Displays strong organizational sensitivity
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills
