- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Assist with inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote and educate customers about products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain customer records and follow up as needed.
Requisito
- Job Title: Service Ambassador
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, customer-oriented, strong hospitality skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, provide exceptional service, and address inquiries promptly.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in a retail or hospitality environment, requiring flexibility in hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a passion for service.
