What role will you play?
As a Senior Risk Analyst, you will manage User Access Management controls operations, ensuring their effectiveness and compliance. You will engage with senior stakeholders to address concerns, build strong relationships and collaborate with other departments for alignment. In addition, you will mentor junior team members to foster a risk-aware and service-oriented culture, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
What You Offer
- 4+ years of experience within non-financial risk, operational risk management or a similar discipline with User Access Management/Identity and Access Management expertise an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw out insights
- Exceptional stakeholder management and clear communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities.
