Descrição:

  • Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
  • Maintain and organize sales floor and stock inventory
  • Process transactions and handle cash register operations
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance shopper experience
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
  • Participate in promotional events and store activities

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, organizational, attention to detail, and coordination skills; familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; may involve occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and team player with a positive attitude.
