We are seeking a resourceful Multi-Skilled Technician to maintain, repair, and improve our office and retail facilities. This hands-on role involves carpentry, electrical work, and general maintenance to ensure smooth and safe operations across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry, repair, and installation work on furniture, fixtures, and building structures.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, and control panels.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and safety systems.
• Handle painting, minor plumbing, and cleaning tasks as needed.
• Support facility improvement projects and collaborate with the maintenance team.
• Report maintenance concerns and coordinate with the Facilities or Office Manager.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role.
• Strong carpentry and woodwork skills (required).
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Physically fit with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Vocational graduate or high school diploma.
• Residing in or willing to work in Binondo, Manila.
• Immediate availability preferred.
