HR SUPERVISOR

As the HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising HR operations across multiple yards, ensuring that HR processes are effectively implemented to support organizational goals. You will manage and coordinate recruitment efforts, drive learning and development initiatives, oversee compensation and benefits programs, monitor timekeeping processes, handle employee relations, and support employee engagement activities. You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure consistent HR practices across all locations.

Requirements:

• Graduate of any courses.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, with experience in supervising teams and managing multiple HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, compensation and benefits, timekeeping, employee relations, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively across multiple locations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
