Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level position.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong critical thinking, effective team management, excellent problem-solving abilities, and high discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; may involve occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and a strong communicator.
