Descrição:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage HR processes, resolve employee issues, implement policies, and oversee compensation structures.
  • Manage employee relations and performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in HR management or a supervisory role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong supervisory skills, proficient in human resource planning, employee relations, and compensation and benefits management.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily an office environment, occasional travel for training or recruitment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of integrity.
