Descrição:

Recruitment

1. Responsible for the timely checking of the encoded Employee Masterlist, monitoring of regularization, and finishing contracts

2. Responsible for timely checking if the Employment contract, Performance evaluation, and Termination are well distributed

3. Responsible for the timely checking of the filed 201 files and their content


Compensation and Benefits

1. Responsible for timely checking if the Daily Time Record is encoded in the system

2. Responsible for timely checking if the monthly payment of Loans and contributions for Government Benefits (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) was made and recorded

3. Responsible for timely checking if AEP and VISA are well renewed and no pending compliances


Training

1. In charge of creating the Annual Training Plan and monitoring its implementation based on a scheduled time

2. In charge of collecting all Training materials such as Training Modules, Certificates, and Attendance

3. In charge of coordinating with Trainers regarding the schedule, module, attendees, and scope of the training offered


General

1. Responsible for overseeing the Human Resources Staff

2. Responsible for assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function and duties

3. Responsible for the management and supervision of the entire workforce of the company

4. Responsible for supervising and improving Recruitment, Compensation, and Benefits day-to-day function and duties

5. Responsible for developing employees to utilize human resources to the maximum level in the interest of the company by establishing a Training Program for the rank-and-file, supervisory, and managerial levels

6. Responsible for maintaining synchronized information circulating in the company

7. Responsible for promoting a harmonious, productive, and work-life balance schedule that will not compromise the interests of the company

8. Responsible for handling Disciplinary Action, Counseling, Coaching, and collective bargaining related to employee disputes

9. Responsible for representing the Top Management in labor-related matters and ensuring the company's compliance with the Philippine Labor Laws, Government Laws, Rules, and Regulations

10. Responsible for preparing the Organizational Structure with corresponding Job Descriptions for all levels in the organization that correspond with the employee's Qualifications, including its review and updating

11. Responsible for establishing system improvements on cost-cutting practices that will not compromise employees' salaries and benefits

12. Responsible for preparing and updating Company Rules and Regulations and ensuring their implementation and employee awareness

13. Responsible for the safekeeping, renewing, and updating of contracts and agreements with external providers

14. Responsible for any task that the Management so ask

15. Maintain and strictly implement Company Rules and Regulations


Key Performance Indicator

1. Recruitment and Turnover rate 1 from 10 deployed employees

2. Actively send employees for Training for individual and organizational improvement

1. Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Training, and daily activities

2. Company and Government Mandated Benefits, Issuances, and Rules and Regulations

3. Employees' Salary Structure and Bracketing

4. Labor Compliance on Labor-related issues

Requisito

  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws
  • Oversee HR and Admin daily activities
  • 1 -3 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
