Descrição:
The HR Assistant for Compensation & Benefits is generally responsible for applying company compensation & Benefits policies, updating Human Resource information in the system, processing , company HMO, compliance with minimum wage order, facilitates employee movement and transfer and others
Requisito
- Graduate of 4-year course preferably Human Resources Management,BS Psychology or equivalent
- Hard working and can easily adapt one fast-paced working environment. Excellent Written and communication skills; Must posses strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in SPROUT Payroll System is an advantage
- With exposure in to DOLE practice and familiar with Labor Standard
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough and able to monitor work for quality
- At least 1-Year month related work experience.
- Amendable to work on-site in Pasig City
