Supervise front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff during the shift.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns promptly.
Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards throughout the shift.
Handle cash, process transactions, and perform end-of-shift financial reporting.
Coordinate with kitchen, floor, or inventory staff to ensure service flow.
Support onboarding and training of new employees.
Communicate shift updates to management and escalate issues when needed.

College Level | At least 2 years complete
At least 1 years experience as Shift Manager/ Assistant Manager in Casual/ Fine Dining
Has strong leadership and management skills
Knowledge in: P&L, Food Costing, Labor Costing, Food Safety, Quality in general, FOH & BOH management, Team Management, Sales Oriented.
