  • To follow company instructions and standard to maintain the good standard of quality of service and products;
  • To follow company instructions in order to maintain the good image and reputation of the Company;
  • To observe and follow the Company’s Rules & Regulations;
  • To work with honesty, integrity, and morality;
  • To provide the best service to its customers;
  • To maintain the orderly and sanitary condition of the restaurant particularly the dining area;
  • To perform all task assigned to you by your supervisor or manager;
  • To maintain a good attitude towards your co-workers, superiors and customers;
  • To properly serve the decent foods in timely and orderly manner;
  • To know and understand every menu/dish of the restaurant;
  • To wear the prescribed uniform or dress code at the company premises;
  • To maintain a presentable appearance at work;
  • It is understood that you agree to be re-assigned to other area/s of operations as your manager may see fit depending on your performance capacity; and
  • To perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Company’s executive/s.


Responsibilities:

  1. Taking Orders: Listen to customers’ orders, suggest menu items if needed, and relay the orders to the kitchen or bar.
  2. Serving Food and Beverages: Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation.
  3. Cleaning and Setting Tables: Set up tables for dining, clear dishes, and clean tables after customers have finished their meals.
  4. Customer Interaction: Ensure customers are satisfied with their meals, address any concerns, and provide a positive dining experience.
  5. Handling Payments: Process customer bills, handle cash or card transactions, and give change if necessary.
  6. Restocking Supplies: Maintain stock of necessary dining supplies such as napkins, condiments, or utensils.
  7. Following Health and Safety Guidelines: Ensure that all hygiene and safety procedures are strictly adhered to, including sanitation and cleanliness in dining areas.
  8. Assisting Other Staff: Support other team members as needed, especially during peak times.


Requisito

  1. Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with customers in a polite and friendly manner, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, both in person and over the phone.
  3. Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure that customers’ requests are met without error.
  4. Multitasking Ability: Must be able to manage multiple tables or tasks simultaneously without compromising the quality of service.
  5. Physical Stamina: The role often requires standing for long periods, walking, and carrying heavy trays or plates.
  6. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with other staff members, including kitchen staff and management, to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash, process payments, and make simple calculations (e.g., adding tips or managing change).
  8. Food Handling Knowledge: Understanding of basic hygiene and food safety standards to ensure cleanliness and safety for customers.
  9. Adaptability: Able to adjust to changes in customer needs, restaurant capacity, or special events.


Experience:

  1. Previous Experience in Customer Service or Food Service: at least 1 year of previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is required.
  2. Training: On-the-job training is typically provided to familiarize crew members with the restaurant’s procedures, menu, and customer service standards.


Personal Attributes:

  1. Positive Attitude: Must be approachable and upbeat, even during busy or challenging shifts.
  2. Professional Appearance: Dining service crew should maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  3. Punctuality: Being on time for shifts is crucial, especially in fast-paced dining environments.
