We are looking for a senior financial data scientist who has personally lived through crypto markets.

Not an observer.

Not a theorist.

Someone who has deployed their own capital, felt volatility, managed risk, and learned the hard way.

What You’ll Actually Do

1. Build and evolve quantitative frameworks for crypto assets and derivatives
2. Analyze market structure, liquidity, volatility regimes, and on-chain behavior
3. Work directly with raw on-chain and exchange data
4. Turn uncertainty into decision-grade insight, not reports
5. Stress-test ideas, including those already in use

What Matters to Us

1. Deep hands-on crypto experience (personal trading/investing across cycles is essential)
2. Strong background in data science / quantitative finance
3. Fluent Python, comfortable with imperfect real-world data
4. Clear economic intuition behind models
5. Independent thinking, low ego, high accountability
6. Proof > titles. Judgment > credentials.
