Job Responsibilities

  • Support customers and ways to improve inquiries or issues from customers

  • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, while staying engaged with our customers

  • Interact with customer service team and perform moderately complex customer support tasks

  • Take ownership of each customer interaction while treating them with respect and responding with empathy

  • Work both independently and in a team environment

  • Abide by all applicable regulatory and departmental practices and procedures

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years completed in College

  • At least 3 years of experience handling clients

  • Good English communications skills

  • Strong customer orientation skills
