Descrição:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to healthcare services
- Assist with insurance verification and prior authorization processes
- Provide accurate and timely information to patients and healthcare providers
- Document interactions and maintain compliance with data privacy standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case resolution
Requisito
- At least 6 months of healthcare-related BPO experience
- Prior Authorization experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
- Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays (if required)
