Descrição:

  • Documentation of Related work (Issue vouchers, etc.)
  • General clerical work
  • Generate relevant reports 
  • Schedules appointments for patients 
  • Gives out reminders for schedules via phone, email, or text
  • Ensures proper record keeping
  • Ensures proper fulfillment of forms by clients
  • Prints out the necessary documentation
  • Takes calls and inquiries at the hospital
  • Does rational shifts as a cashier
  • Create bills
  • Accept payments
  • Tallies and turnover of sales
  • Inventory Management 
  • Releasing and dispensing of medical supplies
  • Basic accounting documentation

Requisito

  • College Graduate/College Level any degree
  • No anxiety in handling animals
  • Not allergic to any type of animals
  • With a Valid NBI Clearance
