الوصف

  • Conduct regular inspections of the building’s system and structures to identify issue before they become major problem.
  • Handle minor repair for plumbing, electrical system, HVAC, roofing, and other building systems.
  • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule schedule for equipment and system.
  • Ensure that all building systems function efficiently and their expected lifespan.
  • Oversee cleaning and upkeep of common areas, ensuring that they are safe and welcoming.
  • Coordinate and communicate with external contractor and service provider for specialized repair and maintenance.
  • Ensure that the building complies with local, state and federal building codes and safety regulations.

المتطلبات

  • Proven experience in building maintenance or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general building repair techniques.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to worth both independently and as part of the team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that might include lifting, climbing, and using various tools.
