Descrição:

  • Responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff
  • Responsible for writing emails, answering phone calls, taking care of the paperwork and some duties specific to the position,
  • Handling Petty Cash, Reimbursement, Purchasing process (grocery, furnitures, etc., )
  • Visa application and Extension, Monitoring office supplies, Pantry and Cleaning supplies.
  • Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers Proper alignment with line manager or supervisor
  • Providing administrative support to management, employees and in some cases, clients and visitors
  • Arranging hotel for staff members, make reservations, and process reimbursements
  • Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems
  • Airport Pick Up & Drop Off scheduling, Hotel Booking. PH Invitation Letter preparation
  • Creative when it comes to having a company events, Monitoring Drivers attendance
  • Communication with Building admin for office facility concerns


Requisito

  • College graduate
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Knowledgeable in written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel)
