Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related business course

Work Experience:

• At least 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Preferably with experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or warehousing

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Trustworthy and can handle confidential information
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Can work well under pressure and in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Willing to work overtime when needed

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, especially functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.
• Knowledge of Philippine taxation (VAT, EWT, BIR compliance)
• Understanding of cost accounting, billing, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation
• Experience in handling billings related to freight, trucking, warehousing, or import/export transactions
