• We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist who is highly knowledgeable in tax compliance and capable of preparing accurate financial statements. The ideal candidate has a solid background in accounting principles, local tax regulations (BIR), and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure BIR tax compliance including VAT, Expanded Withholding Tax, Income Tax Returns, and other government filings
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Maintain proper documentation for all accounting transactions

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Knowledgeable in Philippine taxation (BIR rules and regulations)
• Proficient in preparing complete financial statements
• Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and integrity
• CPA is an advantage but not required
