Descrição:

  1. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other related documents.
  2. Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
  3. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and statements for review by management.
  4. Support Audits: Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
  5. Communication: Liaise with other colleagues to resolve finance related issues and answer queries.
  6. Assist with Month-End and Year-End Close Processes: Help in closing monthly and yearly financial accounts by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring all entries are accurately recorded.

Requisito

  • Associate with Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures.
  • Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is advantageous.
  • Experience in negotiating with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) will be a plus point to the position
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or other similar programs) will be an added advantage.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and financial record-keeping.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and financial issues.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ability to work well within a team and provide support to the accounting department.
  • Understanding of relevant accounting regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and reliability in all aspects of work.
