Handle general accounting, payroll and tax preparation for various clients
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns
Preparation of journal entries and bank reconciliation
Preparation of monthly financial statements
Update BIR books of accounts
Meeting clients outside the office and do accounting fieldwork
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the management
Prepare registration documents for the business registration at SEC, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and LGU of all clients
Coordinate requirements to the clients to complete registration requirements
Keep track of the liquidation of all expenses incurred during registration per client
Finalize project completion report to be submitted to the client
Internal client billing and collection tasks

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy
Preferably CPA but BSA Graduate may apply
Passionate and eager to learn
With good written and oral communication skills and attention to details
Knowledge in Quickbooks or Xero is an advantage
Preferably less than 1 year experience specialized in Finance/General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
