Descrição:

  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop strategies to grow accounts and maximize revenue.
  • Manage client accounts, foster relationships, support sales initiatives, and collaborate with team members to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong sales management and support skills, proficient in customer relationship management, effective interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, and analytical abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment, occasional travel may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Motivated, organized, resilient, and customer-oriented mindset.
