About the Job
This role will play a crucial part in advancing the organization's talent objectives and delivering essential administrative support to the People Operations Manager, all while enhancing the overall employee experience.
Role Description
- Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing offer processes to attract and hire top talent.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including issuing offer letters and contract of employment, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation and preboarding requirements are completed.
- Offboarding: Oversee offboarding procedures, ensuring smooth handling of all exit documentation and processes in compliance with company policies.
- Employee Movement: Manage activities related to employee movement, such as off-cycle promotions and changes in line management, ensuring timely and accurate release of necessary documentation or employee letters.
- Employee Records: Input, update, and maintain accurate employee records in various HR systems.
- Employee Benefits: Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, and address inquiries related to benefits.
- Employee Relations/Performance Management: In cooperation with the leads/managers, assist the regularization and performance review processes, PIPs, and termination.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, regional, and global employment laws and regulations.
- Overseeing the systems and procedures for workplace safety.
- Assist the office housekeeper with preventive maintenance of the office, including purchasing supplies, managing inventory, handling shipments, processing billing and reimbursements, and renewing permits.
- Process Improvement: Support initiatives to improve and streamline HR operational processes.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in implementing employee engagement activities and programs.
- Strategic Support: Support the People Operations Manager in strategic planning and execution of People Operations goals and special projects.
- Employee Queries: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding People Ops-related queries and concerns.
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource development management (HRDM) or Psychology.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive problem-solver who works independently and collaborates well with others.
- Excellent communication skills for building trust and rapport with employees and stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable about HR best practices, policies, and labor laws to ensure compliance.
- Passionate about fostering a positive employee experience and engagement.
- Creative and dedicated to supporting a collaborative and supportive workplace.
- Values-driven, demonstrating integrity, empathy, and professionalism in all tasks.
- Open to working in a hybrid setup, with the office located in Ortigas, Pasig.
