Who are we looking for:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are expected to lead and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and managing inventory and resources.

• Conduct briefing of warehouse personnel and discuss issues, concerns and targets.

• Direct, coordinate and review work plans for assigned tasks of team leaders.

• Conduct physical inventory count (partial and grand SO).

• Monitor and prepare shrinkage, damaged, crossed items, returns and BTA/BK.

• Ensure adherence to the correct processes and that all staff are trained in these processes.

• Read e-mails and address concerns from stores, merchandising and other departments.

• Ensure display area is full in preparation in the next day picking activities

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or in a related field.

• At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing.

• In-depth understanding of picking, warehousing/logistics.

• Knowledge of current principles and practices of warehouse operations.

• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.

• Strong organizational and management skills.

• Knowledge of basic computer applications including inventory reporting.

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.

• Willing to be deployed and fulfill duties at our Alfamart Distribution Center located in Daiichi Industrial Park Special Economic zone, Block 3, Lot 2, Maguyam, Silang, Cavite
