Role Overview

As a Strategic Planning Director, you will lead marketing initiatives for global clients, drive demand generation, and optimize campaign performance. You will develop and execute data-driven strategies, ensuring measurable impact on pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee marketing strategies for assigned clients.
• Plan, execute, and optimize global marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance, measure ROI, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Implement best practices in demand generation and pipeline optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of marketing experience in the tech industry.
• Expertise in GTM strategy, branding, content development, and digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on pipeline metrics and optimization.
• Experience with martech tools, including CRM, CMS, and marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
