Are you ready to be part of a new way of working? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our Global Service Desk team. As a Global Service Desk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operation and continuous improvement of services within our Digital Technology Group. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work while being part of a vibrant and innovative team.
As a global service desk analyst, you will provide end-user technical and administrative support through multiple communication channels.You will work as part of global support team to help ensure our Arup colleagues and external customers experience the best provision of Digital Technology services and underpinning the value they provide.
The role will form part of a diverse and highly skilled team, providing global operational support services.Committed to implementing innovative solutions to enhance our service, exploring new ways of working, and continually improving with our customer needs at heart. The successful candidate will also serve as a liaison for Digital Technology, supporting local office requests.

- Operate in a 24/7 global service model, ensuring continuous service delivery.
- Act as a liaison for Digital Technology, supporting local office desktop and infrastructure requests.

Is this role right for you?
- Technical Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills : The ability to diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently. This includes experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and knowledge of common software such as Microsoft Office 365.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences. Clear and concise communication is key to facilitating effective information exchange across global teams and customers. The ability to understand customer needs and convey solutions clearly through various channels, such as email, phone, or chat, is vital for success in this role.
- Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills : Demonstrated ability to engage with end-users, empathize with their concerns, and foster a collaborative environment. This includes strong listening skills and adaptability in handling diverse requests.
- Teamwork and Collaboration : Proven success in working within team environments, promoting a culture of support, knowledge-sharing, and continual improvement. This includes the ability to act as a liaison between teams and manage relationships effectively.
- Adaptability and Continuous Learning : Willingness to tackle new challenges, improve processes, and work flexibly in a 24/7 global support team.
