Keterangan

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in a leading glass manufacturing company. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales, preferably in the glass or construction materials industry, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.


  • Promote and sell glass products (e.g., tempered glass, laminated glass, insulated glass, etc.) to new and existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients including contractors, developers, architects, and glass installers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, product presentations, and sales proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements in coordination with the Sales Manager.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools or sales logs.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and product trainings as required.

Persyaratan

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the glass industry, construction materials, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with the local market and construction industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be willing to travel and conduct fieldwork.
