Quality Controller/Engineer

• Be responsible for the implementation of quality (including EHS) in delivery projects, manage onsite delivery operations, and align hardware installation acceptance criteria of customers, Huawei, and subcontractors.
• Conduct spot check on quality and EHS at the delivery site, and track the improvement and closure of issues.
• Evaluates the quality performance of the project team and subcontractors, and regularly produces quality performance evaluation reports.
• Promote smooth project acceptance through a series of quality control activities such as acceptance quality control.   

• Should be a licensed civil engineer.
• At least two years' experience in site quality and EHS management of outsourced engineering projects or large communications construction projects.
• Bachelor Degree
• With experience in Telecommunication Industry
