Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Design Engineer – Formworks to join our engineering team. This role involves designing and analyzing formwork systems, preparing technical drawings, and ensuring structural integrity in construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assist in the design and development of formwork and scaffolding systems.

✔ Create technical drawings, 3D models, and calculations for formwork solutions.

✔ Conduct structural analysis to ensure safety, stability, and compliance with industry standards.

✔ Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and clients to provide technical support.

✔ Review project specifications and ensure adherence to engineering principles.

✔ Support in optimizing designs to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

✔ Maintain project documentation and assist in report preparation.

Qualifications:

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

 Experience: 1-3 years of experience in structural or formwork design (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

 Certifications (Preferred): EIT certification or relevant engineering licenses (a plus but not required).

Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, or other structural design software.
• Basic knowledge of formwork systems, materials, and construction techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
