As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible in handling the following:

• Assists in the daily processing, updating and analysis of the following financial reports and operations statistics:

• Financial Statement
• Balance Sheet
• Cash Flow
• Monthly KRA
• Operations Statistics
• Budget Monitoring

2. Assists in collating and checking of liquidations and documentation for budget reconciliation.

3. Assists in the review of operations statistics and provides sound recommendations for new cost saving initiatives and projects.

4. Assists in the review and evaluation of previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets.

5. Performs other management mandated functions.

Qualifications for this position includes:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy (preferred) or equivalent; preferably a CPA.
• Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in Accounting and Financial Management preferably in retail and property management industries.
• Proficient in various software and applications such as MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Visio as well as specialized software like SAP or Oracle.
• Above average proficiency level in oral and written communication skills including negotiation, presentation, facilitation and training all levels of the organization.
• Deals with complex problems and tasks wherein decisions or tasks are planned, delegated, coordinated, or implemented or any combination of these.
• With average proficiency level in people management and leadership.
• With strategic, result/data driven, process orientation and risk-based approach mindset.
