Assist in gathering and documenting accident/incident details from involved parties
Maintain and update accident logs, claim files, and tracking systems
Coordinate with insurance providers and internal departments for claim processing
Support the scheduling of vehicle inspections, drug testing, or other post-incident procedures
Compile reports and statistics for management review
Assist in follow-up on open claims and pending documentation
Ensure compliance with company, OSHA, and DOT reporting requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office Suite, data analysis, and data entry.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in administrative tasks, manage data records, and support team projects.
