We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to help drive our sales efforts and support the overall performance of the sales team.
This role involves working closely with the Sales Manager to execute sales plans, oversee team activities, and ensure targets are consistently met.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, reviewing sales data, preparing performance reports, and identifying ways to boost efficiency and results.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Applicants are expected to have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, ideally in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Industry-specific experience may be required depending on the company’s focus.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective communication and negotiation abilities, and a talent for building and maintaining customer relationships.
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is also important.
Candidates should be well-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure, and open to travel when necessary.
Knowledge of local market trends and customer behavior is a valuable asset.
