الوصف

The Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk is responsible for processing and managing all vendor invoices and payments efficiently and accurately. This role ensures timely and accurate recording of financial transactions, maintains vendor relationships, and supports the overall financial integrity of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter and code invoices into the accounting system promptly.
  • Prepare and process payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer in accordance with company policies and deadlines.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts payable.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and relevant accounting standards.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

المتطلبات

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable or related accounting roles.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
